Hurricane Wings Syosset is looking for a motivated General Manager candidate who believes that upholding standards and accountability creates a work environment that runs well and is fair and respectful both to the business and employees. ```Duties```

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, production, and service. Forward facing position with emphasis on guest relations.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation

- Supervise and train staff in food handling, preparation, and customer service

- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and service

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

- Coordinate catering events and manage customer inquiries and requests

```Experience```

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to train and motivate staff

- Familiarity with catering operations and event management

- Proficiency in using Maitree'D POS system or similar restaurant management software
