Position location: Part time remote/office commitment

Insight Vision Group is seeking a medical billing specialist who is personable, and self-motivated to join our team. This position will report to the revenue cycle manager. Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a medical billing position and have a strong foundation in full cycle medical billing responsibilities. Candidate must also possess strong follow up skills, great communication, must be detail oriented and able to multi task with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:
Full cycle biller/coder
Surgery and clinic charge posting
Insurance and patient payment posting
Claim denial follow up
Answer patient calls
other duties

Requirements:

Work part time in office at the Parker location and remote
2-3 year experience in billing. Ophthalmology is a plus
Ability to read EHR medical records for accurate charge entry
knowledge of compulink electronic billing system preferred
Ability to review/troubleshoot edits through insurance portals and clearinghouses
Associates degree preferred
Full cycle medical billing a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
