Vice President of Financial Operations
Monarch Management Group, Inc. Is seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Leading/managing the corporate finance office team
Playing a key role in the budgeting and planning process for the 49 (and growing) rental properties we manage
Monthly business performance reports to investors after reviewing financials.
Quarterly reports to CFO and lenders
Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of findings to owners
Trouble shooting of software issues as needed
Reviewing tax returns prepared by an outside firm and various other duties as assigned to support the company operations. Candidate must understand accounting and financial statement reporting.
Education/Experience: College degree or equivalent experience with minimum of four years of experience in a finance management position. Working knowledge of bookkeeping/ accounting required. Must be proficient in Microsoft office/excel, detail oriented, a problem solver with strong math skills. Experience in affordable multifamily housing and Yardi Voyager software required.

Job Type: Salaried position with health insurance benefit, vacation and sick paid time off
Office located in Lewisburg area
Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 plus potential bonuses
