Join Our Team as a Producer at Impact, a Nationally Recognized Best and Brightest Workplace!
Impact is looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to join our Media Production team which falls under the Corporate Marketing division. As a Producer would handle projects that primarily consist of video and also photo-specific projects. This is inclusive of being responsible for planning and organizing video and photo shoots for Impact Networking, our partner DOT Security, and our clients through the Managed Marketing division of Impact. In addition to this you will manage production budgets and work the team to execute successful productions.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to tell effective stories in a creative manner through high quality visuals with video and photo. You should have excellent organization skills and close attention to detail.
- Planning concepts and storyboards
- Preparing pre-pro decks and schedules
- Booking locations and finalizing project budgets and staying on budget
- Present pre-pro decks to client and internal stakeholders for alignment ahead of production · - Coordinate all the needs in pre-pro to allow for smooth and successful production (travel, gear, crew, etc.)
- Handle overall production budget
- Work in collaboration with marketing teams and stakeholders throughout the company
- Documentation and reporting on all productions
- Producer on set for video and photo projects
- Adhering to all rules and regulations of the company
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media or a related field- 3 years of experience working as a video producer or similar position in the media industry- Sound knowledge of production processes and technologies- Working with creative agencies is a plus- Ability to work in a team environment and independently- Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills- Outstanding project management techniques and procedures- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills · Working knowledge of lighting and audio equipment · Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft 365 · Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks- Outstanding problem-solving skills- Exceptional attention to detail- Good time management abilities
