Adams Publishing Group Southern Wisconsin is actively seeking an enthusiastic Advertising Coordinator to join our vibrant team in downtown Janesville. This full-time position offers a base pay of $17/hour, plus monthly bonuses with no overtime or weekends.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our advertising sales division, you'll manage all post-sale processes and procedures for our largest major and national accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer interaction and excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role provides direct support to the General Manager and a dedicated group of Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering client orders efficiently and accurately.
• Managing multiple internal manifests for effective production planning.
• Acting as a liaison between our Production Center and our clients/agencies.
• Serving as a post-sale intermediary between the outside sales team and our printing partners.
• Ensuring billing accuracy
• Communicating circulation updates to clients and/or agencies promptly and accurately.
• Managing deadlines effectively.
• Coordinating with printing partners for local print and delivery campaigns.
• Providing white glove post sales service to our VIP clients and/or their agencies.
• Handling special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with PC and Google Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales and/or customer support role.
• At least 1 year of experience with order entry.
• Experience using various first or third-party software programs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.
• Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn.
