In this role, you will support the development and implementation of robust HSE strategies across our Americas sites, maintaining compliance with global and regional regulations. What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Support Survitec's regional compliance program, ensuring adherence to Quality and HSE systems and procedures in line with regulations.
• Monitor and assure compliance with Global IMS policies, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Support and advise regional QHSE champions and site managers on enhancing regional Quality and HSE performance.
• Drive continual improvement in products and services.
• Conduct internal and external HSE audits, resolve audit issues, and ensure timely reporting of non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Communicate urgent HSE matters through timely issuance of alerts and safety bulletins.
• Review and develop HSE documentation to meet operational, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Facilitate the completion of customer documentation related to Quality and HSE elements.
• Support the regional implementation of company projects and change initiatives.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in HSE within production and/or servicing environments.
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to plan and manage resources effectively
• Excellent communication skills for conveying information and ideas.
• Confidence in addressing critical business challenges with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in ISO 45001/14001 certification is advantageous.
