As a server at the Oasis Pool at The Everline Resort & Spa, you'll use your passion for guest service to ensure a seamless experience. As a pool server, you have the closest interactions with our hotel patrons and have the greatest impact on their impression of the resort. Working alongside the rest of the Oasis Pool team, you'll create memorable service experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
• Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment.
• Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food & drink orders, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience. Two years’ previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer and Food service.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Flexible. Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends and holidays. 
• Friendly. Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange. 
• Energetic. Must be able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant.
• Available for AM/PM Shifts

• Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 25lbs, occasionally lifting 50lbs. Bending and moving intermittently. Use fingers to grasp, move or assemble very small objects. Must be able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor and outdoor working environment and the noise level in the workplace is usually moderate to high.
• Typical equipment used include but are not limited to computers, POS systems, handheld devices, phones, and household cleaning supplies.
