We currently operate 7 cannabis retail and lounge locations throughout California and are opening additional locations in 2023 and 2024. The Artist Tree was the first recreational cannabis store to open in Fresno, West Hollywood, Oxnard, Riverside County, and Los Angeles (Phase 2). Each location functions as a hybrid between an art gallery and cannabis boutique, featuring exhibits from local artists. Position Summary
Fulfillment Associates are an essential part of The Artist Tree team! They are responsible for curating our guest experience by fulfilling customer orders, restocking product, keeping inventory rotated and organized, and assisting in inventory control. They will further the creative and communal goals of the company while adhering to company procedures and cannabis regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfilling customers orders as received with 100% accuracy.
- Responsible for receiving and packing online orders. Delivery and pickup orders.
- Maintain digital outlets
- Ensure proper product storage and handling with proper product rotation in accordance with FIFO
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Advise on upcoming "best by" dates for incoming inventory
- Assist in completion of opening and closing duties
- Assist in inventory audits when needed
- Answers phone calls
- Runs curbside pickup
- Runs digital content audits
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
Experience/Knowledge/Education:
Previous two (2) or more years experience as a store supervisor or above. Basic knowledge of state and local compliance laws preferred.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
Must be 21 or older. English speaking or bilingual. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Well versed in communicating effectively and concisely. Dependable. Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for long periods of time. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and carrying. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs. of bulk goods. Exposure to cleaning agents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Laguna Woods, CA 92637: Relocate before starting work (Required)
