Job Description: As a Special Needs Companion, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with children and young adults with diverse abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients.
• Assisting with daily activities such as homework help, meal preparation, and recreational outings.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and promoting socialization and independence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 2:00pm-9pm
Weekends:7am-12am or 7am-7pm or 2pm-12am
Very flexible scheduling and opportunity for more hours
