Power Play Enterprise is Hiring a Hockey Pro-Shop Manager (FT) Near Salem, NH

Hockey Pro-Shop Manager (Salem Icenter)

Power Play Factory Gear (located in the Salem Icenter) has a great opportunity for a passionate sports-minded manager to help grow our brand, manage the inventory, manage part time employees, assist customers, and help others purchase needed sports gear.
Managers will need to:

Manage daily operations of gear sales, inventory, website, ordering, tracking sales, and invoicing.
Order & Make heat press jerseys, embroidery, and work with customers and vendors on sublimation orders.
Willing to work in a fast paced environment, working closely with youth team sales and other demands of customer merchandise or uniforms.
Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.
Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
We will train on how to use all equipment in the store, previous experience in this position is preferred.
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by management.
Maintain cleanliness of all areas including the sales floor, shop, and all machines. Sharpener, sanitizer, etc.
Perform other duties assigned by the owners.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, often loud environment.
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Experience using a computer and handheld devices.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
MUST be able to work a retail schedule of nights and weekends.
