```Duties:```
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the facility
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and coordinate activities, including scheduling, preparation, marketing, selling, and presentation
- Supervise staff and ensure proper production and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Assist in scheduling and managing shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate events and banquet functions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Previous experience in management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of management principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
