The primary role of the production assistant is to assist the Production Manager with the day-to-day operations of Refresh Exteriors in order to ensure customer satisfaction is met. Daily operations of Refresh Exteriors are based out of Eden Prairie, MN but the production assistant should be ready to travel not only throughout the Twin Cities metro area but also throughout the extended rural areas as well.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure the home owners wants are met to ensure a smooth project from start to finish.
• Visit job sites daily and provide updates to the Refresh leadership team
• Engage with customers to answer questions and provide explanations
• Assist in daily material drops, and additional material “runs.” These will be coordinated through the production manager and head of the roofing crew.
• Assist in permit application, posting, and inspection processes
• Assist in verification of proper job materials delivery on a daily basis
• Assist in the verification that the dumpster is placed in its correct position
• Assist in mid-trade inspections to ensure that the trade(s) are going as instructed
• Assist in food runs for crews
• Assist in working with sales team to ensure that build projects are completed as planned
• Assist in monitoring material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages and order materials as needed.
• Punch in and out at accurate and appropriate times each day. (Drive time from your home to office and office to home is not paid time)
• Complete any additional requests given by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
