The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and developing a proactive sales effort with the group business, leisure market, social, military, educational, religious, fraternal, and sports market segments, oversight of advertising, and promotional initiatives, and contributing to overall revenue generating efforts of the hotels to maximize hotel profitability and maintain customer satisfaction. This includes driving sales, exceeding 100% RGI, and achieving budgeted total hotel revenue expectations at multiple locations.

Speak with others using clear and professional language. Two or more years of hotel experience are required. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
