DESCRIPTION:
***This position is for a Mechanical Inspector***

The ideal candidate will perform various types of mechanical inspections including dimensional, in-process machining and assembly, final inspection, receiving inspection, and routine first pieces on fabricated, subcontracted, and/or purchased parts. Will be required to perform mechanical inspection utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other technical inspection equipment.

- $25.91/hr.

- Worker will work Onsite Full Time
MANDATORY:
- Must be familiar with and capable of learning the use of all measuring instruments, tools, and gages required to perform various mechanical inspection functions.
- Must have a good understanding of shop math and blueprint reading / interpretation.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical processes or other control procedures.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Normally utilizes computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database.
- No degree required
- Experience using Calibers, Micrometers, CMM-Coordinated measuring machine
- Inspection background (preferred Mechanical inspection experience)
- Ability to use computers
- Electrical background
