Property Advisor Management is now hiring for an Assistant Community Manager. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the community.
The Assistant Property Manager assists in the day-to-day operations of the community while overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. This individual will be assisting with organizing the property's financial information, using this information to make projections, and find areas of improvement for the property. Some key responsibilities consist of marketing and outreach, supervision of property staff, command over leasing and occupancy, and providing services to residents. The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to the Property Manager. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest.
This is a full-time position.
