We are looking for full and part-time Direct Support Professionals to provide long term care to individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Illness. In addition the individual has severe medical needs. This position will require an experienced DSP who is able to redirect and/or deescalate aggressive behaviors. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting individuals with Activities Of Daily Living, transporting to and from doctors appointments, integrating clients into the community, support with Goals and Outcomes identified on their Personals Centered Plan.
