We are seeking a well organized, go-getter to keep the clinic moving forward. This savvy individual will be our Billing Specialist, Office Coordinator, and Medical Receptionist. We need a dedicated person who has the commitment, compassion, and commitment to work with our team in assuring the best possible success for our clients. Our clinic is in a deluxe office setting in South Jordan, Utah.

The more billing experience you have, the better!

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining billing and correspondence with insurance companies
• Pre-authorizations from insurance companies
• You will be the face of our clinic while answering phones, emails, and questions from clients, and potential clients
• Onboarding of clients
• Operate medical equipment as needed (training and certification will be provided)
• Organizing office operations and procedures
• Be the example of a positive, happy, helpful, patient-focused attitude of success, confidence in body language and interactions with others

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in insurance billing, medical billing with insurance companies a plus
• Proficient in Google Suite with exposure to some data management software experience
• Certifications, or college education is preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

We are a team of dedicated professionals that will work together to assist each client to find real and permanent solutions. We want our clients to soar higher and fly further than they ever have before. We specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Neurofeedback Therapies in providing treatment for Depression and Anxiety, along with a Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
