The Grange Supply Issaquah is looking to hire a Lawn & Garden Lead. We are a Cooperative feed store located in the heart of Issaquah. Our active Lawn & Garden department specializes in native plantings, organics, and edibles. The Grange is passionate about supporting our community, who regularly seek out our associates for experience and advice; customer service and community relations are a large part of this job. Expect to be on your feet and working with customers, a lot! This position is also responsible for ordering and maintaining all live goods spring – fall, as well as working with our buyer to select and promote inventory.

· Familiarity with lawn & garden products/ horticulture

· People skills and an ability to advise and sell lawn and garden products to meet customer needs.

· Willingness to learn

· Team player

· Ability to stand for an extended period of time

· Ability to multitask

· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet business needs

· Retail experience preferred

· Be able to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs.

· Be able to use common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.

· Assist in inventory counts, price changes and spot checks throughout the year.
