Exciting Opportunity in the Hamptons! We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable brand ambassador to represent the Knockout Beauty Methodology and foster community engagement as the Bridgehampton Store Manager. This summer position comes with the potential for relocation and advancement within our company in the Fall, in New York City.

We seek a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing business environment, demonstrated by our recent expansion with two new locations outside of the Hamptons. This role entails managing our esthetics program and retail store autonomously, albeit with remote support from management.

Knockout Beauty is a leader in the beauty industry offering a high-end, personalized skincare experience. We invite applications for a full-time store manager from June 2023 to Labor Day 2023, with the opportunity to transition to a year-round role in our New York City location.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

• Educate our clientele on our Methodology for an effective personalized skincare protocol.
• Deliver and foster a high-touch retail environment with extraordinary customer service.
• Create and maintain client protocols
• Manage our esthetics program proactively to book facials and process treatments.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Receive vendor orders and troubleshoot discrepancies with the buying team
• Manage intercompany transfers to maintain healthy stock levels based on analytical data
• Uphold time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects our companies merchandising standards at all times
• Manage and execute in-store events.

Must have skills

• MacBook computer skills are a must
• Self-starter and team-orientated, must have the ability to work independently and with a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with our clients and team
• Ipad fluency

Opportunity

• 40 hours per week

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
