Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online databases, social media platforms, and industry-specific forums.

Contact potential leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our insurance products and services.

Qualify leads by assessing their insurance needs, budget, and timeline for purchase.

Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update the lead database regularly.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversion to sales.

Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.

Assist in developing and implementing lead generation campaigns and initiatives.

Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including progress against goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools.

Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
