Production Staff job description
Sweet Bath Co. is looking for Production Staff to join our fun, hard working team to help make quality products efficiently. Here at Sweet Bath, our production staff is responsible for hand making quality and aesthetically pleasing products for shipment. Their duties include mixing raw ingredients into batches to press or form in a machine to aid the assembly process and completing checks on machines and products to ensure quality production. Our production workers are efficient and detail oriented. We’re looking for individuals eager to learn the behind the scenes of making bath products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely production of finished goods
- Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
- Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouse
- Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
- Utilize machinery such as KitchenAids and compressors to complete projects
- Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery
Required skills and qualifications
- Efficiency & problem solving
- Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
- Utilize machinery such as KitchenAids and compressors to complete batches
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills
- Time management skills
- Good technical and mechanical skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience in a warehouse may prove invaluable
