Front Desk Agent
Job Description:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and checking in guests, providing information about the property, answering questions, and providing tours. The Front Desk Agent will also assist our Sales and Marketing teams with their projects.
Essential Job Functions:
·Greet and check in guests, provide information about the property, answer questions, and allow tours as needed.
·Provide information to guests regarding our services, products, and events.
·Answer any questions about tours or rooms.
·Maintain cleanliness of reception area and lobby area.
·Use our Hotel Check In/Check Out software to log all guest check ins/check outs.
·Maintain property standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
·Work with our team to provide excellent guest service!
·Assist with marketing projects including project management for events and promotions.
·Support the company’s vision and mission through exceptional service to our guests.
·Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
·High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
·1-2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to tour our properties and provide a tour to our staff members who request it!
