AutoCad / Drafting / Engineering Coordinator
CAMPS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Charlotte, NC, USA
Base Compensation - $55,000 - $95,000 Annually (based on experience & ability)
Benefits – Allowances for Health Care & Technology
Paid Time Off – 2 weeks per year
Paid Company Holidays

Responsibilities:
- Creating modeling of structural concrete via AutoCad / SketchUp
- Perform Quantity Takeoffs
- Rebar Detailing
- Create Layout & Field Coordination Drawings
- Construction Layout Equipment Setup & Field Surveying
- Perform tasks to assist the field teams with completion of Projects.
- Problem Solving ability and strong sense of urgency
- Assist with quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting
- Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors to include change orders
- Manage document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, etc.
- Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services
Preferred Experience or Skills – but not required:
- Engineering Certificate
- 2-10 year’s experience in the construction field (office/field role)
- Drafting and computer skills
- Results oriented, self-motivated and driven individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word
- Proficiency with AutoCad and SketchUp
- Robotic Total Station
Not Required But Helpful - experience with the following programs:
- BlueBeam
- On-Screen Takeoff
- Procore
- Building Connected
- Primavera
