Responsibilities
As a Buyers Agent, you'll play a crucial role in guiding homebuyers from dream to home keys, all while benefiting from a comprehensive licensing scholarship.
Responsibilities:
•Contact customers through leads, calls, and prospecting
•Assist buyers from contract to close, ensuring a seamless home-buying experience
•Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate successful home purchases
•Collaborate with office staff to maintain high-level customer service
•Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses
•Speak with pre-qualified leads to understand their wants and needs in a home
•Prospect for new clients and leads
•Write and negotiate contracts
•Create essential documents for the sales process
•Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and mortgage options
