Description

The Philadelphia Cricket Club, the oldest country club in the US, is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee the delivery of Food and Beverage service at our Pool Pub. You will engage and direct our Pool Pub team to ensure they provide world-class service to our members and guests. This is a hands-on role that would be ideal for a hospitality student looking to gain experience.

• Role is Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Ensure accurate delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Oversee and direct Pool Pub service team.
• Assigning daily service duties as well as daily and weekly additional cleaning tasks.
• Interacting with members and resolving concerns.
• Prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and POS system experience.
• Basic bar knowledge a plus.
• Availability days, evenings and weekends.
• Open to people who have had prior shift lead or captain experience.
• 4-day work week. Approximately 40 hours per week.
