Job Title: Housekeeper

Position: Housekeeper Full time/Part time

Position Summary:

Promotes sanitary conditions which prevents spread of infection and odors.

Education Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Education Development) preferred.

Experience with elderly preferred.

Experience with cleaning preferred.

Essential Functions:

Performing all cleaning within areas of responsibility directed by supervisor. Empties trash. Cleans resident rooms ensuring they are safe, cleaned and in orderly fashion. Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in a clean, orderly, and good operating condition. Ensure all work areas are clean, safe and orderly. Other job duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Being able to bend, stand, sit, and walk for extended period of times. Able to lift 30 pounds.
