Job Summary

The Fleetwide Account Services Representative’s primary focus will be handling customer inquiries and daily transaction processing for our fuel card division. This position is responsible for account and card maintenance, assisting customers with card authorizations, and fraud evaluation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer calls and written requests
• Identify and resolve card authorization issues in CFN / Fuelman network
• Assist customers in identifying and evaluating fraudulent charges on their account and work with systems in place for reimbursement
• Assist with daily cardlock processing
• Daily processing of fuel storage – update BOL’s from delivery memos to storage
• Daily update of pricing, cost and card status in Cardlock
• Daily fuel card processing of additions and adjustments
• Assist with customer billing and customized reports
• Assist with month end processing
• Setup and maintain customer account information

• Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience in a billing or accounting role
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• High level of accuracy
• Able to work independently
• High School Diploma

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
