Job Title: Dishwasher

Reports To: Kitchen Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for cleaning dishes, glassware, pots and pans using dishwasher and/or hands. Also, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of POP Hospitality Group, Inc.
  • Monitor sanitation practices that follow standards and regulations.
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Sweep or scrub floors.
  • Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
  • Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
  • Maintain parking lot cleanliness through daily cleaning
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment (i.e. Slicer) to portion food for service

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
