**Year-Round Work - Commercial Drywall/Caulking Technician - $60/day Per Diem!!**

Remedi8 is hiring a Commercial Drywall/Caulking Technician to perform inspections, repairs and installations on a variety of firestop systems within existing hospitals nationwide. This position is full-time, year-round work, and must be willing to travel 100%. This position will be based out of Denver.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience working with basic tools
• Plus, but not required, previous construction, painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, and drywall finish work

Preferred Experience:

• Commercial Maintenance
• Sheet Metal
• HVAC Ductwork
• Carpentry
• Drywall Hanging/Repair
• Door Hanging
• Know how to use basic hand and power tools.

Required:

• Must be over 21 with a valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
• Compensation:
• $25-32/hourly
• Paid weekly (direct deposit)

Previous painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, firestop, drywall finish, and other installer experience is a big plus but not required. This role would be an ideal career transition if you have experience in apartment maintenance, handyman, make ready, laborer, construction, construction worker, home remodel, remodel, hospital maintenance, general maintenance, general labor, laborer, technician, home repair, asbestos/mold removal, cable installation, alarm installation, glazier (glazing), commercial roofer (roofing), masonry (mason), welding (welder), painting (painter), caulking (caulker), waterproofing, water proofer, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, apprentice/apprenticeship of any kind.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
