The company's warehouse operations are based in Mililani, Kapolei, and Anchorage. We are currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated team player to join our fast paced, dynamic Asset Inventory Management Division providing technical and administrative support to our operations and sales team!

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, credit memos, and invoices.
• Research, compile, and review data to create effective reports.
• Managing various system updates to ensure the most up-to-date information is posted daily and/or monthly.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel; creating spreadsheets, formulas, linking, importing, exporting.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and TrueCommerce.
• Proficient math skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Other responsibilities as directed.

Requirements

• Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange - EDI & TrueCommerce
• Ability to work independently with good analytical and problem solving abilities.

Work schedule requirement: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
