WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an HVAC Office Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you'll enjoy a balanced schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with no after-hours or weekend work. Your responsibilities include efficiently scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians to service calls and ensuring timely responses to customer needs. You'll coordinate the allocation of resources, such as technicians and equipment, to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and technician schedules, providing crucial support to our team. Alongside our Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that dispatch operations run smoothly. You'll help oversee customer maintenance plans, manage warranties, and handle correspondence, making you an indispensable part of our team. Your efficiency and organizational prowess will contribute to the continued prosperity of our HVAC business as we work together to reach our goals!

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Requirements:

• Experience working in an office setting
• Ability to learn and master our office software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic service control (ESC) or Field Edge dispatching software would also be a plus
• Experience working in the HVAC, general contracting, or plumbing industries would be highly beneficial
