Job Summary We are seeking a Countertop Install Assistant to join our team. You will receieve on the job training. You will show up to the shop every morning, Help load the truck with all the materials and supplies needed, travel to the jobsite and start/finish the install process with your partner.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Assess the project requirements, including design and equipment
- Install countertops in homes, commercial, retail, and industrial spaces
- Remove old countertops and load them into the truck
- Educate customers on basic care & maintenance
- Knowledge of basic tools and measurements
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to bend repeatedly, lift heavy objects, and work in small spaces
- No experience needed
- Valid drivers license
