About Us:
We are a small, but mighty bakeshop attached to Heritage Restaurant and Bar (our mothership). Our goal is to provide our community and beyond with homemade delicious treats. Our menu is deeply influenced by the classics. We focus on using organic ingredients and seasonal, locally sourced produce from our local farmers. Our menu will change regularly and we would love to hire someone who is excited about making some creative contributions.
Job Description:
Do you enjoy viennoiserie, baguettes, crusty loaves of bread, cookies, muffins and BUTTER? If so, we have the kitchen for you!
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience baking in a fast paced, professional setting with knowledge of bread and viennoiserie. We are a small team and there will be opportunities to work on all aspects of production. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skillset. Full time preferred, but part time could work for the right candidate depending on availability. Compensation will depend on experience and skill level
