(Hybrid) 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days From Home

Salary Range: $70/hr. -$80/hr.

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team in Charlotte, NC A long term contract job opportunity a Hybrid role 3 days a week on site and 2 days working from home. To enhance, optimize, and standardize our Salesforce platform. Lead the next phase of implementations, including maintenance, design, development, integration and testing, supported by internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Salesforce (Sales Cloud & CPQ), including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with and collaborate with internal technology team members, functional leaders, organization units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.
• Strategize enhancements and improvements to increase visibility across a global sales team. Building custom reports and modifying existing reports in Salesforce.
• Create and modify dashboards and new users/accounts in Salesforce.
• Support change management processes.
• Create sharing rules and customize page layouts.
• Create new fields and complex formulas.
• Create and maintain new validation and workflow rules.
• Create and maintain dashboards. Continuous improvement, training, and maintain certifications.
• Support additional modules and 3rd party implementations such as eCommerce solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or closely related field of study.
• 3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant (Test Consultant), Project Lead, IT Analyst, Systems Engineer, or closely related occupation.
• 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud, CPQ and Lightning.
• 3 years of experience in Agile principles and ticketing systems.
• 3 years of experience in Business and data analysis.
