We are a growing practice that opened about four years ago in the South Loop. We focus on primary care and urgent care with two board certified physicians and mid-level providers. We would like for you to help out in the back with rooming patients, taking vital signs, and assisting our providers with their patients to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. We also need you to check patients in, manage communication lines, and handle any administrative duties necessary to the function of the daily operation. We are looking for enthusiastic people who have a positive attitude and take initiative in their daily task assignments.
As a Medical Assistant /Receptionist you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support and prioritizing tasks your providers give to you. We need you to be a team player and be prepared for the work day as soon as you walk through the door. You will be the first and last person that patients interact with and will be crucial for the duration of their appointments. You will be in charge of keeping your provider informed of any pertinent information relayed by the patient.
