Qualifications for this position include (but are not limited to):

Must be Licensed in Ohio as either an RN or LPN

• Responsible to provide Nursing oversight to a designated unit with the assistance from the DON, other Nurse Managers, Night Supervisors and scheduler.
• This is a Monday thru Friday Position; This position will rotate on call with the other nursing managers as scheduled. 

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Must understand the team approach and be a supportive team member.
• Manage staffing as needed.
• Assist with admissions and other duties assigned by the DON/Administrator.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of providing nursing care, ambulating patients, transferring patients, assisting with exercises, etc.
• Possess excellent assessment skills.
• Must be able to provide instruction, supervision, and provision of nursing care and treatment according to the Plan of Care.
• Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team members and others who provide services to each patient to form a cohesive interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent and appropriate care.
