Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet store targets
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
- Create and execute effective merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reconciling daily sales
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates to the team

- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations
- Proven experience in training and developing employees
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations for inventory management and sales analysis
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Solid understanding of store management principles and practices
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
