Parc Communities LLC is Hiring a SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR- Tuesday-Saturday Near Bryan, TX

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the implementation of the strategic annual marketing plan to achieve targeted inquiry, tours, and occupancy goals. The marketing support will include coordination of advertisement schedules, event planning and execution, along with post-event follow-up. In this role, the sales & marketing coordinator will be responsible for obtaining required information and assisting with admitting residents in an effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing preferred, or an Associate’s Degree and equivalent combination of work experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator
  • Minimum of one year experience, preferably within the hospitality or senior industries
  • Energetic, pleasant, with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment
  • Extraordinary ability to interact and build relationships with older adults and their families
  • Proficient computer skills, email etiquette, MS Office, presentations and file management
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to residents, family members, visitors, and co-workers
  • Ability to be a self-starter and motivated to initiate and complete tasks independently. Exhibit initiative beyond specific instructions and ability to turn-key projects


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Conduct tours, luncheons or other strategies with prospective clients and prospective client groups
  • Successfully complete basic and advanced sales trainings and implement company sales process
  • Responsible for completing pre-move in paperwork, coordinates with the Resident Care Director, Director of Sales & Marketing, Business Office Manager and General Manager to assure regulatory compliance
  • Provide accurate customer information, pricing, incentive information, and other information regarding new deposits to General Manager, Business Office Manager, and community team in a timely basis for lease preparations
  • Support the team by assisting in the sales process
  • Receiving of financial payments as necessary for advance payment and deposits and coordination of such documentation with the Business Office
  • Assist with the processing of all required information necessary to complete a successful move-in
  • Understands key services and amenities along with levels of care/programs provided at the community
  • Review the community daily to assure the community is clean and ready for prospects
  • Manage lead database through accurate data entry, report utilization, periodic database clean up, etc. Review key reports and trends and analyze to develop strategies
  • Review and monitor sales productivity and closing ratios
  • Documentation of weekly inventory of room availability and room readiness inventory
  • Coordinate with the other staff to ensure that apartments are prepared for new resident move-in and that model apartment(s) are available and ready to show
  • Coordinate with other team members’ special luncheons/tours, special events and promotions for community contact groups as appropriate
  • Evaluate the competition and complete competitor analysis quarterly or more often if necessary. Incorporate data of competitor analysis into sales strategy as it relates to pricing and selling value.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of resident information and honor the resident’s personal property rights.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for revenue enhancement and Occupancy growth
  • Complete all required reports in a timely manner and ensure quality
  • All other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing

  • Neat appearance, adherence to dress code and good personal hygiene is expected


WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • General office environment with individual workspace and standard office noise – 20% of time
  • Ability to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time utilizing close vision to review reports and documents
  • Works primarily indoor in a climate-controlled setting
  • Possible exposure to unpleasant odors
  • Possible exposure to chemicals as identified in the MSDS Manual
  • Possible exposure to verbal aggression from vendors, guests, residents and/or family members.
  • Continuous exposure to clients and/or family members who may be under stress
