Responsibilities

• Assist with change management initiatives: Support the application of structured methodologies to help create change management deliverables under the guidance of senior team members; Assist in the utilization of change management processes and tools as part of a broader adoption strategy.
• Support communication efforts: Help in the design and development of communication materials for project campaigns under supervision, including drafting content and assisting in communication delivery.
• Assist with training efforts: Contribute to the development of training materials and support the delivery of training sessions to stakeholders under the direction of more experienced team members.
• Support business development: Assist in preparing materials for business development activities, including sales pursuits and marketing efforts.
• Assist in project management and delivery.

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in digital or creative-based subject area
• Strong writing and communications background
• Internship experience or projects related to academic course work in subject area (website development/website design, web application development) highly preferred
• Great interpersonal skills demonstrating strong written and verbal communication ability. 
• Possesses a passion for technology and a drive for self-learning and advancement
• Shows strong leadership skills and is an Influencer
• Loves to connect and interact with people and ability to think outside of the box and be creative.
