Title: QA Lead (Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact onsite for all test aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating with test resources offshore.
• Lead and mentor QA team members as needed
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution.
• Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and ensure that system components are designed for testability.
• Partner with offshore team to conduct performance tests as needed.
• Provide testing support during production cutover (releases) as needed.

Required Experience:

• 7 years experience in the software testing or Quality Assurance field including hands-on test engineering experience (web application test experience preferred).
• Ability to write select queries and a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)
• Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment
• Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes
• Experience working and partnering with an offshore team
• Experience with Test management tools such as JIRA and test automation tools such as QTP or Selenium

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Eloqua, exact target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketo.
• CRM test experience (Salesforce, Marketo or Dynamics), Web services test experience preferred.
• Quality certifications are a plus.
• Force.com, XML schema validation or test experience is a plus.
