Serve as the main point of contact for all member, guest, and staff inquiries related to the Club and Club activities. Manage, coordinate and supervise all of the Club’s communication channels, with particular attention focused on driving revenues and engaging Members. Ensure that all communications meet standards of excellence set forth by the General Manager, and remain relevant at all times. The member Relations Coordinator will also assist with membership sales and office management as needed.
Scheduling is flexible, but Tuesday-Saturday availability is preferred.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be capable users of all basic Microsoft Office applications. Additional graphic design and/or marketing experience is a plus.
