Become a key part of a vital, growing strategic operations team at a leading financial institution. Beal Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will command project efforts across multiple Beal entities. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in adherence to quality standards.

This position is on-site (non-remote) 5 days per week and will report to the SVP, Strategic Operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited too):

• Manage projects and coordinate implementation of project rollout
• Recognizing ways to improve or streamline business processes
• Quickly identify the business needs and translate these needs into business requirements, exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's business and system flows within the organization
• Make recommendations to management to help identify methods, procedures and technologies that enhance project processes and improve deliverables
• Oversee the implementation of projects by developing or coordinating project plans, facilitation of meetings, gaining consensus and creating appropriate communication to offices or status to senior management

Qualifications (Education, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):

• 5 years of PM experience with business and technical projects
• PMP certification preferred but not required
• Experience managing projects in a financial services organization
• B.A./B.S. Business or equivalent required
• Expertise in: Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, Share Point and Visio
• This position requires very strong consultative skills, people management skills, highly detailed orientation, and strong project management leadership
