Located in a north metro suburb of Minneapolis, this opportunity is an associate-to-partner track in a booming private practice. A schedule to dive right into the tools, tech, and team for rapid success. This private practice is a record-setting dental practice that takes amazing pride in helping patients who desire real answers to their dental needs. The practice has a brand-new 11-op, state-of-the-art, three-doctor facility and a top-of-the-line professional clinical and business team. For the doctor who is the right fit personally and professionally, direct path to ownership in 2-3 years.

  • Dental License (Required)
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

Compensation and Benefits

  • Six Month Guaranteed Base Rate of $11,500 per month ($138,000 per year) or 26-30% of production, whichever is greater.
  • Anticipated pay from generated production is $300,000-$400,000 based on motivation, drive, and skill set.
  • Medical & Dental Benefits / CE Plan & Allowance. Dedicated, world-class clinical mentorship.
  • Senior Dr. is a mentor for the renowned Dr. Gordon Christensen of Clinicians Report & Practical Clinical Courses.
