Job Summary: As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assist in overseeing the clinical care and treatment of patients and families, consult with the patient's attending physician, in consultation with the hospice physician, and provide clinical direction to the Interdisciplinary Group/Team (IDG) to ensure quality patient care.
Essential Education and Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in the Hospice service line in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities & Duties: The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:

Compensation: $110 - 125 per visit, plus mileage (rate of $.50 per mile)
