Scheduling Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized ReceptionistScheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced dental team. This role will involve managing schedules and coordinating appointments for multiple dentists and hygienists.
Responsibilities
•Schedule appointments and manage calendars for doctors and hygienists
•Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes, emergencies or unexpected events.
•Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties promptly.
•Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in Softdent dental software
•Resolve scheduling conflicts professionally and efficiently.
•Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient and effective scheduling processes.
•Collaborate and communicate with Insurance verification company
•Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary parties are invited and prepared.
•Verify and confirm all appointments to ensure a full schedule daily
•Monitor patient documents and update them as necessary
Requirements
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
•Strong organizational and time-management skills
•Capability to manage competing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling software
•Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
