Advanced Health Care of Lakewood is a new, 36-private room, all *short term *Skilled Nursing Facility. We are looking for some phenomenal Registered Nurses. We provide excellent staffing ratios which includes no more than a 1:9 CNA ratio during the day with a shower aide. Our nurse to patient ratio is 1:18 for both day and night shift. There is no better place to be! Our floor nurses receive support from the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Admission nurses, Discharge nurse and MDS Nurse.
