Schedule: Days; 4 10's (40 hours guaranteed)

Call: On-call 8-10 days per month, including a 4 weekend days (F, Sa, or Su)

Pay: 3000-3300/week(tax free stipend included in pay rate)

• Acting as the first point of contact for referrals and patients
• Attending patient consultations
• Performing initial examinations and patient assessments
• Making recommendations to the referring physician, the patient, andthe patientsfamily under the guidance of the interventional radiologist
• Performing daily rounds and communicating patient progress to the medical staff and the radiologist

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years Cath Labexperience - REQUIRED
• Experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology cases - REQUIRED
• COVID and Flu vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BEAPPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• BLS and ACLS at time of submission - REQUIRED
• 30 minute response time for call - REQUIRED
• ARRT - REQUIRED (RCIS will not be approved)

• Resume with all facilities listed
• Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
• 2 supervisory references (completed within the last year)
• ActiveLicense (verification must beless than 30 days old)
• Certifications(must beactive at the time of submission)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS (AHA)
• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
