```Duties```
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main duties will include:

- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues
- Providing product information and upselling additional services or products
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement in our products or services
- Maintaining a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
