We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in AWS services such as Glue, EMR with Spark, and EKS. As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading data analysis efforts, designing and implementing ETL processes, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely results.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using AWS Glue to extract, transform, and load data into data lakes or warehouses.
• Utilize AWS EMR with Spark for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and AWS services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in data analytics and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, EMR with Spark, and EKS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Requirements

• AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty certification.
• Experience with other AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Athena, etc.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that have impacted business outcomes.
