Summary:The Events Marketing Intern will provide crucial support to the Events Manager and collaborate with the Marketing team. This role involves coordinating various aspects of conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and internal events. Key responsibilities include managing event communications, promoting events, handling event logistics, producing webinars, overseeing the shipment and receipt of event materials, and undertaking additional administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent thinking to enhance processes.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Webinar Production: Coordinate all aspects of webinar process, including setup, creating briefs, conducting stakeholder preparation meetings and speaker training calls, executing social media and email promotions, reporting on webinar performance, and managing creative assets post-event for ongoing optimization. Assist in Event Planning: Work closely with the Events Manager to assist in coordinating logistics for various events, including conferences, external tradeshows, internal events, and webinars. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for event promotions, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Social Media Management: Manage Marketing social media calendar, create engaging posts, and interact with the audience to generate interest and increase engagement. Coordination: Support logistics for events, including team registration, ordering of exhibit materials, scheduling meetings with stakeholders, and overseeing the shipment and receipt of event materials. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the Marketing team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing and processing of Marketing receipts and invoices.
